These Fifth Grade Boys Give A Hilarious Performance At Their School Talent Show

It’s exciting to see youngsters perform at school talent shows, whether they’re singing, dancing, or demonstrating another skill. Even though it’s fair to say that every competitor deserves credit for standing in front of their peers and giving it their all, every now and then you’ll see a performance that truly jumps out, displaying originality that surpasses the rivals’ ages.

Four fifth-grade students from New Braunfels Christian Academy in Texas performed like this at the Elementary Talent Show in 2017. To keep their performance a secret until the conclusion, the kids began by covering themselves with a black cloth.

The fabric was torn away, revealing the boys’ newborn costumes, which included miniature prosthetic legs that they could move around with their arms. The crowd busted out laughing right away, and that was just the beginning.

What followed was even more well-received by the audience: the lads performed innovative and amusing dances to various popular tunes while dressed in suits. The boys passionately mimed and danced to the chorus of Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off” as the opening track.

Carl Douglas’ “Kung Fu Fighting” was the crowd’s favorite; they cheered and applauded as the four dancers demonstrated their kung fu moves while clad in suits.
