Little Angelina prayed every night in her foster home, hoping for her mother to come back. Inspired by an older girl, Hannah, who said prayer could make wishes come true, Angelina knelt beside her bed and asked God for her mother.
The next morning, a stranger arrived. The woman had Angelina’s mother’s voice but looked older. It turned out to be her grandmother, Danielle, whom Angelina had never met. Danielle explained she was now ready to care for her granddaughter and offered her a home.
